In a blender, blend the almond milk, carob powder, and maple syrup.
Pour into a pot, add remaining ingredients, and place on stove burner. Bring to a boil then turn down heat to low. Let spices infuse for at least 10 minutes.
Use a strainer to remove chunks of spices while pouring into mugs. Add a cinnamon stick for stirring. Enjoy immediately!
