Use fresh produce and basil to increase the flavor. Serves 2 as a main meal or 4 as a side.
Drain black beans if using canned (or cook if using dried).
Chop all vegetables. Cube feta cheese.
Add beans, vegetables, and cheese to a bowl. Mix gently.
Add oil and vinegar. Toss gently.
Season to taste: use mineral salt, fresh or dried basil, or other spices.
